Viesturs Koziols, vice-president of the Latvian Hockey Federation, called the CAS decision on Russian teams unacceptable. He also described the decision as incomprehensible. As a member of the IIHF council, he said he wants to understand how it will affect the economy, ticket sales and sponsors.
