OSKA reported that over three years, employment of young people under 25 in the IT sector fell by almost a quarter. The shift comes amid mass layoffs at large technology companies, and IT specialists are increasingly speaking of serious changes in the labor market. Young specialists are especially affected: without experience, it is becoming harder for them to find a first job and gain a foothold in the industry.
