Approximately 320,000 people protested across France to voice concerns over police violence and the rising cost of living. The Ministry of the Interior reported that 70,000 of these demonstrators were in Paris. Police used water cannons and tear gas in several cities to disperse the crowds. Objects were thrown at police officers during the unrest. The demonstrations led to the blocking of entire cities.
Oko 320.000 ljudi učestvovalo je danas na protestima širom Francuske zbog rasta troškova života i policijskog nasilja, od kojih 70.000 u Parizu, saopštilo je francusko Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova, dok je policija u više gradova upotrebila suzavac i vodene topove kako bi rasterala demonstrante.
