A man was placed in preventive detention after shooting his brother in Copiapó. The attacker had a restraining order in place. He attacked the victim on a public street, causing serious injuries to one hand. The suspect tried to flee by bicycle but was arrested by police shortly after.
El imputado atacó a la víctima en plena vía pública y le provocó lesiones graves en una mano. Tras el hecho, intentó escapar en bicicleta, pero fue detenido minutos después por Carabineros.
