The Chilean Tennis Federation is demanding that Milovan Kegevich vacate its facilities in Las Condes. Fetech stated that Kegevich has refused to return the property. They claim he has failed to follow through on his own statements regarding the handover despite attempts to resolve the issue through a meeting.
Desde Fetech argumentaron que, pese a los intentos por zanjar la situación estableciendo una reunión con Kegevich, es este quien “se ha negado a devolver las instalaciones, incumpliendo incluso sus propios dichos respecto de su entrega".
