The governor of Amran, Maj. Gen. Abdulrahman Al-Sa'ar, said that restoring the state and activating its official institutions in the province are a national goal and a historical responsibility. He made the remark while chairing an expanded meeting of the province's executive office. The meeting discussed necessary measures and activating basic services in light of national developments.
