Delhi is preparing for an anti-CEC rally organized by the INDIA bloc at Ramlila Maidan. Organizers have a turnout target of 10 lakh people. Security measures include the deployment of 4,000 police officers. Additionally, 200 CCTV cameras will be used to monitor the event.
