FC Porto has become only the sixth team in the history of the I Liga to win their first 10 matches. The blue and white club achieved this milestone by securing their 10th victory in the first 10 rounds of the season. This is only the second time in the club's history that they have reached such a start. Their only previous occurrence was during the 1939/40 season. In that instance from 86 years ago, the team extended their winning streak to 13 games.
