Evelyn Parra opened the Day of the Dead celebrations in Venustiano Carranza. She lit the tree of life and the temple of Quetzalcóatl. The event is titled Hábitat de las Almas 2026. The borough will hold artistic, cultural, and recreational activities for four days.
