During a press briefing in Sepang, Ducati said it feels a heavy heart about parting with Francesco Bagnaia, whom the team regards as a legend. The Italian manufacturer acknowledged the difficulty of losing the rider. Ducati also announced it is ready to tackle the new challenge of managing the partnership between Marc Márquez and Pedro Acosta. The pair will compete together in the 2027 MotoGP World Championship.
