City Hall has called for residents and delivery riders to use public housing amenities responsibly. This follows a viral video showing a motorcycle inside an elevator at a PPR housing project. Authorities want users to treat these shared facilities with care to ensure they remain functional. Such behavior risks damaging the equipment and creating safety hazards for others. The agency reminded the public that these amenities are meant for common use.
