Claudia Sheinbaum announced an educational plan in Guanajuato. The plan includes over 6,338 million pesos for welfare scholarships. She also announced a new university campus for the Universidad Rosario Castellanos in Celaya. The initiative will add more high schools to the region. Over 950 thousand students are expected to benefit from these measures.
