The National Authority of Adoul announced it would temporarily use new preservation memoranda that are received without signatures from the contracting parties. The move sparked wide debate among professionals, who questioned the usefulness of such memoranda without the parties' signatures. They also said the instruction to stamp current memoranda as a prelude to the new ones is inconsistent with directives from the presidency of the Supreme Council of Judicial Authority.
