Kelantan's Menteri Besar says almost all the applications the state submitted for development and infrastructure projects have been approved. He offered that assessment in Kota Bharu on Nov 1. In his telling, near-total approval of those applications shows the relationship between the federal government and Kelantan remains strong. The state's project requests have been moving through the approval process with barely any rejections, according to him.
