Gonzalo Arenas, the undersecretary of Segegob, defended the continued role of minister Fernando Rabat. He claimed the opposition is attempting to create a political narrative regarding the crisis over reduced sentences. Arenas also spoke about the departure of Luis Silva. He addressed decrees concerning inmates at Punta Peuco. He called for the governing coalition to remain loyal to the Constitution.
