Leiva (PS) asegura que “vale la pena” avanzar con AC contra Rabat: “La infracción legal y constitucional sienta un precedente nefasto”

Ante una eventual salida del ministro, el diputado socialista señaló que, si bien la continuidad de la ofensiva debe ser evaluada, considera que "vale la pena" avanzar con la acusación constitucional. En ese sentido, sostuvo que han solicitado al gobierno la entrega de todos los antecedentes para poder impulsar el libelo con la debida rigurosidad.
