A Russian drone hit a vocational school dormitory and an educational institution in the Koziatyn community of the Vinnytsia region on November 1. Two people died as a result of the attack. While initial reports indicated the victims were a man and a woman, later information confirmed one of the dead was a 13-year-old girl. Four other people were injured in the strike.
