Dr. Kojo Pumpuni Asante has issued a recommendation to the Constitution Review Implementation Committee. As the Director of Policy Engagement and Partnerships at the Ghana Center for Democratic Development, he urged the committee to build consensus among stakeholders. This agreement should be reached before any bills to amend the national Constitution are drafted.
