The Primary Criminal Court in Aden, Yemen’s temporary capital, held the 13th session in the trial of defendants accused of assassinating Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Shaer. Al-Shaer was a leader in the Yemeni Islah Party and chairman of the board of Nourus private schools. The case is criminal case No. 227. The victim’s relatives demanded legal retribution against all the defendants, while the prosecution asked to examine the phone of one defendant.
