ESCCOM finance manager’s bid to remove hearing chairperson fails
Judge Lorraine Hlophe dismissed an application from Sifiso Gulwako. Gulwako is the Finance Manager at the Eswatini Communications Commission. He wanted to remove the chairperson presiding over his disciplinary hearing. The Industrial Court judge ruled that he failed to prove a reasonable apprehension of bias. There were no exceptional circumstances that required the court to intervene.
