The Moroccan Center for Parallel Diplomacy and Dialogue of Civilizations called for an academic and legal mobilization to follow developments in the Sahara file. It made the call after the UN Security Council did not issue a new resolution extending the mandate of the MINURSO mission, according to a statement issued Sunday in Rabat.
