President Xi Jinping stated that the Middle East Gulf region must not be used as a place for geopolitical conflict or rivalry between great powers. He argued that peace and stability in the area need to be protected and nurtured by all involved parties.
"The Middle East Gulf region should not become an arena for great-power rivalry and geopolitical conflict. Peace and stability in the region require joint nurturing and protection by all parties," says Chinese President Xi Jinping.
