A magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck near Tomohon, North Sulawesi. The BMKG reported the event occurred at 15:13 WIB. The epicenter was located on land, 1 kilometer southwest of Tomohon. The quake happened at a depth of 148 kilometers. Tremors were felt across a wide area, ranging from Ternate to Minahasa.
