Taulant Balla, head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, congratulated Ileana Iotov on becoming President of Bulgaria. In a social media post, he described Bulgaria as a friendly nation to Albania. He noted that the two countries share close historical ties and a history of continuous cooperation.
