The Higher Court in Belgrade and the Higher Court in Novi Sad released official statements today. They received decisions from the Ministry of Justice on November 2. These decisions involve pardons granted by the former president of the Republic of Serbia. A total of 23 people were pardoned. These individuals faced or are still facing criminal proceedings in these courts.
Viši sud u Beogradu i Viši sud u Novom Sadu objavili su danas u zvaničnim saopštenjima da im je 2.novembra, iz Ministarstva pravde, stigle odluke o pomilovanju tadašnjeg predsednika Republike Srbije kojima su pomilovane ukupno 23 osobe protiv kojih su vođeni ili se i dalje vode krivični postupci pred tim sudovima.
