Moroccan group Orbis Holding and the Chinese car brands OMODA & JAECOO signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement aims to develop the commercial presence of both brands in the Rabat region. Under the deal, distribution of their cars is assigned to Alliance Chinese Distribution, a subsidiary of Alliance Automotive SA, Orbis Holding’s automotive arm.
