A Russian company will build a gold refinery in Nigeria. The agreement was signed during a meeting between Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago and Areal CEO Vladislav Sviblov. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa Summit in Moscow.
