Four schools have moved on to the semifinal round of the 2026 Grenlec Debates competition. The semifinal sessions will concentrate on the subject of climate change. Contestants will investigate how climate change influences Small Island Developing States. The announcement was posted on the NOW Grenada website. The debate series pits student teams against each other in successive rounds. The semifinals are slated for later in 2026.
