Alexander Mostovoy said he did not intend to work at Fakel, the club sitting last in the Alpha-Bank Russian Premier League. He said he would need ten players of his choosing before taking such a job, and added that players are the ones who play while a coach can only wave his hands. He also referred to the prospect of being criticized a month later.
