Protesters were back at the Rossio in Lisbon this Monday, carrying placards and shouting slogans as revolt and celebration mixed in the square. The Lisbon encampment returned to the spot to mark a court ruling in its favour. The Administrative Court of Lisbon found that the 00:30 limit on demonstrations is not 'absolute and automatic'. Crowds stayed gathered at the square as word of the decision spread.
