PRONACEJ has started maintenance and conditioning work at four juvenile centers. These facilities are located in Huancayo, Piura, Chiclayo, and Trujillo. The goal is to lower risks from potential floods. These efforts are responses to emergencies linked to the El Niño phenomenon.
