Belize records 19 measles cases so far in 2026
The Ministry of Health and Wellness in Belize reported 19 cases of measles so far in 2026. Four of these cases were found in the Cayo District during October. All 19 affected patients have recovered. The government is conducting contact tracing and ring vaccination. Community outreach efforts are also underway.
