Lawyer questions balance of environmental, economic goals in RMA directions

A lawyer from Russel McVeagh questioned the balance between economic goals and environmental protection in RMA directions. They suggested that the current balance may be a political question. The lawyer asked if the proposed environmental protections are sufficient.
"I think there is a political question as to where that balance is set, and whether there needs to be greater environmental protection than proposed," says the Russel McVeagh lawyer.
