Zimbabwe and Tanzania exchanged information regarding sustainable funding for HIV. Health and Child Care minister Douglas Mombeshora stated that the National AIDS Trust Fund helped Zimbabwe finance its national priorities. This fund is often called the AIDS Levy. Its use comes as global health financing arrangements change.
