Mutares avalia "opções estratégicas de saída" da Efacec a partir de 2027

The German investment fund Mutares is evaluating strategic exit options for Efacec starting in 2027. This comes three years after the fund purchased the company. Under current contracts, Mutares is free to sell the entity. However, the sale requires prior approval from the state. The state is entitled to two-thirds of the value from the sale.
