Young Tajik researcher Mehvarshoh Oev has obtained patents in Belarus for two inventions, the Tajik news agency Khovar reported from Dushanbe on 3 November 2026. Oev studied at the International State Ecological Institute named after A.D. Sakharov, part of Belarus State University in Minsk. The report identifies him as the owner of the patents for the two inventions.
