Police cleared a protest camp for affordable housing from Puerta del Sol square in Madrid on Tuesday night. The camp had been there since late September. While police claimed the operation happened without clashes, demonstrators described the intervention as violent and said tear gas was used. Two protesters were detained during the action.
Policie v noci na úterý vyklidila protestní tábor za dostupné bydlení, který byl od konce září na madridském náměstí Puerta del Sol. Podle policie se zásah obešel bez střetů. Zástupci demonstrujících naopak mluví o násilném zásahu za použití slzného plynu. Zadrženy byli dva demonstranti.
