The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court ruled that the investment fund provided to Fashion Valet Sdn Bhd cannot be used for dividend payments. The judgment bans distribution of dividends to any recipients, including trust holders of the company. The court’s decision was announced in the session today. The restriction applies to all dividend‑related transactions. Fashion Valet will need to adjust its financial plans accordingly.
