A holandesa que se viu grega
Full story
The European Union has developed a system described as a “market of courts”. In this system, different jurisdictions compete to attract legal cases. Courts that offer more favourable procedural rules gain higher fees, attract skilled legal work and increase their influence over their own legislation. The competition creates incentives for jurisdictions to make their rules more litigant‑friendly.
