Locals accuse a contractor company of rushing work and doing substandard construction as the completion deadline approached. According to them, after villagers went to sleep at night, soil was being laid instead of gravel. Construction was stopped after the locals protested.
निर्माण सम्पन्न गर्ने समयसीमा नजिकिँदै गर्दा ठेकेदार कम्पनीले काममा हतार गर्दै गुणस्तरहीन काम गरेको स्थानीयको आरोप छ। उनीहरूका अनुसार रातिको समयमा गाउँलेहरू सुतिसकेपछि ग्राभेलको सट्टा माटो खसाल्ने काम भइरहेको छ।
