Former IIHF press secretary Shimon Shemberg commented on the Court of Arbitration for Sport decision to allow Russia to take part in international tournaments. He called the situation a complete mess. He questioned whether the IIHF would really exclude Norway from the World Juniors and bring Russia back. He said that if he were Sweden, Finland or Czechia, he simply would not go.
