Mlada chefica, velika gastronomska priča: Laura Škarica predstavlja Srednju Dalmaciju na Malti
Chef Laura Škarica will represent the Split-Dalmatia County at the European Young Chef Award 2026. The international competition takes place on the island of Gozo in Malta from November 29 to December 2. She intends to showcase the culinary heritage and local ingredients of Central Dalmatia. Her work will be judged by an international professional jury.
Mlada chefica Laura Škarica predstavljat će Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju na međunarodnom natjecanju European Young Chef Award 2026, koje će se od 29. studenoga do 2. prosinca održati na malteškom otoku Gozo. Svojim će sudjelovanjem imati priliku predstaviti gastronomsku baštinu Srednje Dalmacije, njezine lokalne namirnice i kulinarsku tradiciju kroz vlastitu gastronomsku interpretaciju pred međunarodnim stručnim žirijem
