The Indonesian state railway company, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), announced that it will not implement a planned renaming of its long‑distance service, designated as KAJJ, in the 2026 timetable known as Gapeka. The decision was communicated by the corporation’s vice president of corporate communication. The schedule will therefore retain the existing name for the long‑distance train.
