Russian forces dropped a FAB-3000 bomb designed to destroy concrete structures on the village of Komyshuvakha. According to a local official, the bomb hit a bomb shelter where people were located. At least 31 people died in the attack.
Paikallisen viranomaisen mukaan venäläiset pudottivat Komyshuvahan kylään betonirakenteiden tuhoamiseen tarkoitetun FAB-3000 pommin. Se osui suoraan väestönsuojaan, jossa oli ihmisiä.
