Fatal Tampines accident: Female driver who survived seeking psychiatric treatment for trauma

The 25-year-old female driver, Mira, who survived the fatal Tampines accident involving two cars and a motorcycle on Oct 29, did not suffer any serious physical injuries, but is seeking psychiatric treatment for the trauma, said Minister of State Baey Yam Keng.Baey, who is also Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC, provided the update in a Facebook post on Tuesday (Nov 3), after visiting her.He also revealed that the car driven by Mira belonged to her father, adding that it was badly damaged and had to be scrapped.According to Baey, this is affecting his work as he needs the car to drive to Jurong Island.
