Donald Tusk spoke at a press conference following a meeting of the National Security Council. He stated that the government views judges chosen by the Sejm as legally elected according to the constitution. Tusk argued that these judges should be able to perform their duties and issue rulings. He described this ability to work as both a right and an obligation for the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal.
