Family identifies Kingston woman killed by alleged speeding impaired driver on Highway 401

The Ontario Provincial Police responded to a three-vehicle collision on westbound Highway 401 near Thickson Road. The incident occurred at 7:10 p.m. on November 1. A woman from Kingston was killed in the crash. Her family has since identified her. Authorities allege the driver responsible was speeding and impaired.
