The municipal presidency of Cuernavaca reported receiving an HR A+ rating with a stable perspective. This rating follows the city's financial performance and the liquidation of debt exceeding 143 million pesos. Between 2022 and 2025, the municipality maintained an average primary balance surplus of 9.9 percent of its total income.
