The Ministry of Architecture and Construction has described changes aimed at encouraging private investment. The ministry said the goal is to simplify the commissioning of modular and prefabricated facilities. According to its press service, these facilities are widely used for social infrastructure, trade, and household services.
"Цель - упрощение ввода в эксплуатацию модульных и быстровозводимых объектов, широко используемых для социальной инфраструктуры, торговли и бытового обслуживания", - пояснили в пресс-службе Минстройархитектуры.
