Annual reports detailing human rights violations in the United States and Britain were released during a ceremony in Tehran on November 3, 2026. The event was attended by Kazem Gharibabadi, the Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs. Hamid Ahmadi also attended the ceremony. He serves as the director general for human rights at Iran’s Foreign Ministry.
